The concept: came from seeing so many more skiers getting into freestyle skiing each year that need a super affordable ski that also can take the abuse of learning new tricks and support them as they progress.
The engineering started by borrowing the Chronic’s award winning geometry and then applying a lighter weight Poplar Macroblock core and slightly softer flex pattern. The result is the same quickness and smooth maneuverability that the Chronic is known for, with a dramatically lighter, more nimble, forgiving feel to enable you to progress with greater ease. The cap construction keeps it light by using less plastic which also lowers the construction cost which we’ve passed on to you in the form of a super low price. You’re welcome.
